As the University of Pennsylvania's premier Black business organization, the Black Wharton Undergraduate Association provides opportunities for our talented membership to become further established within the Penn community. In addition to fostering leaders on campus, our organization strives to prepare members for premier corporate opportunities where they can use the practical knowledge they have acquired to make an impact within their organization.
Our current corporate sponsors include industries such as financial services, consulting, marketing, technology, and retail. As a professional development organization, we see these strong partnerships as an integral part of our mission.
We offer sponsors first priority in developing relationships with our members as they seek to reach their recruiting goals. Recruiters have the opportunity to engage and converse with bright students in the career fair and luncheon at our annual Howard E. Mitchell Memorial conference. Sponsors also hold various workshops, networking receptions in the Spring to further the recruiting process.
