Howard E. Mitchell Memorial Conference

Established in 1986 the Howard E. Mitchell Memorial Conference is the club's premier calendar event. It is held in honor of Dr. Howard E. Mitchell, a Professor at Penn dedicated to corporate social responsibility and diversity. Students get great exposure to a variety of financial services corporations and their recruiters to make connections and develop useful relationships early on, in the recruiting process and the banking world. Every year, the conference is scheduled over two days and its main events include, an alumni networking event, a career fair, a number of discussion panels and a luncheon. A scholarship is also awarded.
